According to a recent survey (ASSOCIATIONS NOW, June 2019, Edition), nearly 78 percent of professional associations use e-learning technology to deliver education. The top three areas of training content were managerial and supervisory (12%), mandatory and compliance (11%), and processes, procedures, and business practices (10%). (ASSOCIATION FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT -ATD- State of the Industry Report) But, pricing is a leading concern, and association educators struggle to find the time and resources they need to support their e-learning efforts.

Web-Ed systems (WES) delivers all of the features at a price that won't consume your training budget. Read about our Training Management System (TMS), and see some examples of its application and our support through implementation seminars and administrative tools. It delivers your training on any computer, tablet, or smart-phone, and will provide educators, students, and management with reporting and certification of effective education.

Systems Features and Descriptions

Training Delivery

Courseware that is implemented in the TMS follows the training paradigm that we believe is beneficial to the busy professionals who make up most of our “user” population. The same technology that makes the TMS convenient for the users, benefits the managers who supervise the performance.

User Support

The most important feature of the Training Management System (TMS) is its “ease of use” for users who need the training. There are a variety of technical support facilities. There are extensive FAQ and "How-To" menus, as well online and phone technical support personal.

Training Management

The TMS is designed to economically deliver training to users, but it is also designed to “validate” that training, by providing a variety of progress and completion reports to the educators who assigned the curriculum. All users activity is recorded within the TMS, and has reporting tools you can access easily.

The Semester Planning

The Semester Planning system allows administrators to schedule a series of Lessons over a calendar year. The administrator can create as many independent plans as they have “TMS Groups” of users. The system displays the timeline with "Gantt" charts and progress completion graphs.

TMS Technology

You can be confident that the same training content can be delivered at work or at home, and that it will display properly on all Macs, PCs, tablets, and smart-phones. The only “technical specification” that is necessary to deliver training is that the devise has an internet connection, a screen, and audio.

The Resource Center

The “Resource Center” (RC) is an important part of the Web-Ed systems’ technology. Its purposes are twofold. First, to provide an easy mechanism to download, or link-to, the resources referenced in the online training. Second, to prioritize the links based on the user’s profile.
