Training Management

Is your training effective? Prove it!

Training Management

The TMS is designed to economically deliver training to students, but it is also designed to “validate” that training, by providing a variety of progress and completion reports to the educators who assigned the curriculum.

Whether you are an employer who needs to prove an employee is familiar with the policies of your company, a manager who is trying to improve a subordinate’s skills, or a trade association that is keeping its members up-to-date on the latest regulations, the TMS has reporting tools you can access easily.  All student activity is recorded within the TMS.  For example, the date instruction begins, the number of times it is accessed, the date the lesson is completed, and the scores of each test are available in simple online reports, or exportable to common file formats.

The TMS can also send notifications, via email, when a student has new training, and then notify the instructor when that training is completed. There are also systems for broadcasting to the entire student body (database).
