Support for Educators, Administrators, and users

For clients who are building or managing training with the TMS, we provide on-site training seminars for middle management and employee orientation, plus email and phone support for everyone. Our clients have all the tools to install and manage content, through our browser-based administration systems, but if they need to contact our support staff, the contact info is:

When you implement the TMS in our company, we provide on-site orientation seminars. In addition, as new feature are added to the systems, we can provide either web-based or on-site sessions in order to roll-out the new feature sets. As you add new employees, you can count on our support services to make it easy.

We offer a series of tutorials on video production techniques that are suitable for online delivery, as well as discussions on the “Instructional Paradigm” that we believe makes best use of this medium.  There are separate “support” resources for “students” available within the TMS.  Those address typical technical issues and include an FAQ as well as contact information for individual assistance.

Our objective is to provide as flexible an infrastructure as is possible.  If you are familiar with html or php you can customize the functionality of the pages.  But, if you are not a “programmer” than you can use our WYSIWYG menus to install new content and make changes, at any time.
