The Semester Planning system

The Semester Planning system (SP) was developed to allow administrators a mechanism to schedule a series of (TMS) Lessons over a calendar year. The administrator can create as many independent plans as they have “TMS Groups” of students.

Each (SP) Plan contains 12 months, divided into three “trimesters”. It can track a student’s progress through TMS Lessons, “Initiatives” plus their associated “Action Steps”, or weekly tasks leading up to established goals. The reporting systems can be configured to show the student’s progress by Lesson, Initiative, Action Steps, or Goals.

The SP displays the timeline with "Gantt" charts and progress graphs (see an example at the right). Administrators can track each "groups" of students’ progresses over an entire year, but divides its graphs into 4-month trimesters. The administrators can view reports showing the status of each student group, or an individual, to confirm that the Plan is progressing.

If you need to setup a schedule of training, and want to track a group of students/employees/users through that sequence, the SP is designed for that.
