Web-Ed is always improving.

We have been building and improving this system for nearly 15 years. It has a long history of upgrades, revisions, improvements, and features. It is designed to focus on the "user", but we recognize the importance of the the "administrator's" experience, as well. Below are some of the most recent news about the systems.

Web-Ed Expands their DMS (Data Management Systems) to provide Real Estate Agent Performance Analytics:

DMS: Web-Ed and CREMS (Consolidated Real Estate Manage Strategies) have improved their Agent Production Reporting systems by releasing version 4. This proprietary system uses data from multiple MLS (Multiple Listing Services) API feeds to track and record Real Estate agent listing activities. It records individual agent’s monthly property sales and the number of active listings. Web-Ed does this for all of the 200,000 plus active Real Estate agents in California.

The reporting is housed in online servers, hosted by Microsoft’s Azure Cloud Services (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us) and served through an online reporting portal hosted via Akamai (https://www.akamai.com/). Web-Ed provides access to this reporting to their principal client First American Title Insurance Company (https://www.firstam.com/) for use by their in-the-field Title Represents.

The primary purpose of the reporting is to enable First American Title Representative to focus their time and services on the most productive Real Estate Agents in their local market. Some of the Agent Production reports that are provide by the Web-Ed system are:

  • Past Performance Report: Year-over-Year RE Agent Production report compares the agent’s current 12-months sales again the previous 12-months says. Therefore, it shows at least 2 years of agent sales performance, notes the increase or decrease, and reveals seasonal trends.

  • Present Performance Report: This report examines the current 12 months of sales and highlights the monthly mix of transactions where the agent was the “Listing” agent or the “Selling” agent, or both. This report illustrates an agent’s propensity to representing the buyer or the seller of properties.

  • Future Performance Report: This report displays the agent’s current active listings for the past 12 months. It shows each month’s total for “New” listings and previously “Existing” listings. It also displays the average “DOM” (Days-On-Market) and reveals trends about likely future sales volumes.

There are a variety of other reports that are in development. Such as a report on “Office Analytics”, which is like the Agent reports, but showing the performance of an entire office, as well as revealing which agents are the top producer. Plus, there is a “Team” Report in development that will reveal which agents work together as a team on a regular basis. This report will identify any “teaming agents” even if they are in different offices or brokerages.  These reports will be the subject of future releases.
