Web-Ed is always improving.

We have been building and improving this system for nearly 15 years. It has a long history of upgrades, revisions, improvements, and features. It is designed to focus on the "user", but we recognize the importance of the the "administrator's" experience, as well. Below are some of the most recent news about the systems.


Web-Ed Updates the TMSM (Training Management System Mobile):

TMS: The Training Management System (TMS) that Web-Ed has been updated to meet current demands. The system was initially developed by Web-Ed for Verizon’s internal training over 17 years ago. It has been improving ever since. We are announcing the latest version, referred to as the “TMSM” for Training Management System Mobile.

The system has been optimized for use in mobile devices, such as cell phones and tablets. The “mobile” version retains all the features of the previous desk top version, changes it display to match the user’s device.  Features such as:

  • Video multi-media training delivery with user utilization tracking.

  • A variety of content testing to validate the training.

  • Curriculum organizing tools to group lessons into the appropriate sequence.

  • Instructor administration tools and reporting.

  • A simple online content implementation tool set.

  • Geographic division of content for separate regions.

  • User technical support available through Web-Ed system.

In addition, the system is “unbranded” by Web-Ed, so that the corporate client can rebrand the system and training internally.

Web-Ed delivers the training through servers hosted at Akamai to ensure smooth delivery and the state-of-the-are security for the content and users.
