Web-Ed is always improving.

We have been building and improving this system for nearly 15 years. It has a long history of upgrades, revisions, improvements, and features. It is designed to focus on the "user", but we recognize the importance of the the "administrator's" experience, as well. Below are some of the most recent news about the systems.

Web-Ed System with CREMS and First American Title Deliver Real Estate Data.

DMS: (March 2021) Web-Ed Systems (WES) has been delivering real estate data to First American Title (FirstAM) through an exclusive agreement with CREMS (Consolidated Real Estate Management Strategies) for the past 6 months. WES delivers updated data 3-time-a-day to FirstAM via a series of API’s.

FirstAM has integrated the consolidated API into its internal sales support tool. The consolidated API is also integrated into FirstAM’s Enterprise CRM (Sales Force).

Historical reporting on RE Agents and Offices is consolidated by WES, so that 24-month sales performance is available to the FirstAM sales associates. Graphical representations of the Agent, Office, and Regions are available to recognize seasonal trends and growing/shrinking performance. In addition, notifications are delivered to FirstAM sales associates when RE Agents move from one brokerage to another.

FirstAM is planning to rolling-out the WES consolidated API beyond California. FirstAM has operations in 27 states and envisions the consolidated API data to expand to most of them.
