Web-Ed is always improving.

We have been building and improving this system for nearly 15 years. It has a long history of upgrades, revisions, improvements, and features. It is designed to focus on the "user", but we recognize the importance of the the "administrator's" experience, as well. Below are some of the most recent news about the systems.

Expansion of Agent/Broker Activity Database in LA

DMS: (August 2020) Web-Ed systems has established a system to store real estate data for the entire Los Angeles region. The combined data contains multiple duplicates, both in individual transaction, agents, and their offices.

Web-Ed’s system eliminates the duplicates so that our database has the most recent status of each individual transaction, which includes the listing and co-listing agents, plus their contact information.  A record of those listings is maintained for 2 years. Therefore, reports on sales volumes are available for each active agent during that period.

Web-Ed systems expect to expand this listing database to other metro areas in a variety of states.
